Group Sports Training

Purpose: to provide a small group of athletes the opportunity to share and discuss mutual concerns,needs, problems an interest as this relates to competitive sport as well as to life.

The program is hourly session based. Each session is targeted to the needs and concerns of the group.

Additional plan based programs are offered to work with the group for a specific period of  time.
