  • Purpose: to advise, counsel and guide the individual athlete in relation to his/her mental  skills and personal development.
  • The program is hourly session based. Each session is targeted to the needs and concerns of  the individual athlete.
  • Additional plan based programs are offered to work with the individual athlete for a specific period of time.
