Junior Development Programs

  • To assist junior and elite athletes, who are part of a team, club, or other sport organizations to use their thoughts and emotions proactively, thereby enhancing their competitive performance.
  • The program is curriculum based. It is implemented during by a specific time frame, such as a semester, a summer, or academic year.
  • The program includes three major components:

                    Level  1- Instruction ( classroom and topic oriented)

                    Level 2 – Demonstration and Application ( Mental skills exercises )

                    Level 3 – Coach consultation ( Prevention and solving of performance problems
